7. Termination
Either party may terminate a professional engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including NDPR and CAMA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
